Articulation/oscillation joint

This maintenance-free joint provides wide turning angles and enables switches between in-line and off-set configurations. This is a great feature for rental fleets.

The central steering joint with integrated oscillation connects key components and ensures balanced machine weight  distribution and consistent ground contact.

Sprinkling system

Exceptional water tank capacities on all lines extends working intervals between fillings. A multilevel filtration system lengthens sprinkler life.

Ammann ServiceLink is a digital data management tool that provides customers with the information they want the most: machine location, battery status and operating hours. Data transfer is automatic thanks to new hardware, and access to the information is only a click away.

Manage your equipment – anytime, anywhere – with Ammann ServiceLink. This comprehensive fleet system provides key data for light compaction equipment, heavy compaction machines and asphalt pavers. You can choose which machines to track.

The hardware is easy to add as a retrofit

Simply attach the TCU and the battery to the machine. The TCU is activated when plugged into the battery. That’s it!

Powerful battery pack

The core of eMission is development of a highly innovative power train structure.

The eARX 26-2 is equipped with a powerful battery pack with electric motors for the main drive and vibratory circuit. Gone are the conventional combustion engine, almost all hydraulic components and engine cooler.

Key is the advanced 48-volt battery pack with a capacity of 600Ah/31.5kWh. The pack’s LiFePO₄ technology is unique because each internal battery cell is independently protected. This makes the entire pack flame-resistant, increasing safety.

The usage of only 48 volts is another safety feature. The low voltage minimises risk of injury during operation and service.

Machine charging

The battery can be recharged via the recuperation process during machine operation – or with chargers when the machine is not operating.

Charging is fast and easy and requires no special tools. Two charging systems are available:

• On-Board charger– 60-amp charging system with 12 hours charging time (from 0% to 100% battery capacity)
• External charger – 200-amp charging system with 3.5 hours charging time (from 0% to 100% battery capacity)

The LiFePO₄ battery is characterized by a long life span and high number of charging cycles.  The battery is likely to last longer than the machine.
